The Lodge Banquet is now May 8, 2021

Registration is now open again and everyone that previously signed up is guaranteed a spot.

We are still limited to the first 150 attendees.

New banquet date is May 8, 2021. Location will be at Lost Pines Scout Reservation.

If you previously registered, save your current ticket for the new date.


11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Check in

Park in the parking lot and check in on Lindsay Lodge porch. Lodge admin can take your credit card payments there. There will be door prizes so keep your tickets. Event will primarily be on the parade ground. Bring your outside folding chair and a water bottle and money for the trading post. Bathhouse 1 will be open for use. Please keep it clean. All members will assist in setting up dining hall tables on the parade ground for games and dinner. Lodge trading post will be at the Trading Post alcove. It will be open from 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM.


12:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Silent auction

Silent auction will be in the dining hall on the north side. One row of tables only.  Both sets of doors will be open.  No other activities are scheduled in the dining hall unless there is inclement weather.


2:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Lodge elections


4:00 PM – Silent auction ends. Make payment at the trading post


4:30 PM – 5:15 PM – Dinner catered by PoKeJos- boxed 2 meat meals and drinks.

(No special diet meals will be provided. If you have special dietary requirements- bring your own food)


4:45 PM – Keynote address (Jack Gindler)


5:00 PM – conclusion: Lodge awards program: Vigils Ceremony awards, Arrowmen of the Year, Chapter of the Year, Founders Award

(if you are staying for Vigil weekend, you need to re-register on the front porch of Lindsay Lodge at 7:30 PM)

Important Event Details

Check in will be between 11:00 am and noon.

The only form you need to bring (besides your Doubleknot ticket) is the signed COVID-19 Risk Acknowledgement form. You can get the form here.

Your temperature will be taken before you will be allowed on camp.

Masks and social distancing will be enforced. You must wear your mask at all times except when eating.

Annual business meeting (officer elections) will be held prior to lunch.

Lunch will be catered by Po-Ke-Jo’s and served in clam shell boxes at 1:30 pm.

Please bring your own water bottle. Po-Ke-Jo’s will serve drinks with lunch.

Silent Auction, Door Prizes, and Special Patches

There will be a silent auction where social distancing will be enforced.
